Your tax-deductible donations are always needed to help us operate our Shelter and provide excellent care for the homeless dogs and cats of Dawson County.  Contributions come in many forms and there are several ways to help . . .

• Ask your friends and family to make a donation in your name, in lieu of gifts, for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, or other gift-giving occasions.

• Make a contribution in memory of a beloved pet, or honor a living pet.

• If your employer matches contributions to non-profit organizations, complete the Donation Form (see below), and submit to your payroll or human resources department.

• Remember Dawson County Humane Society in your estate planning.

• Many special projects require special funding - make a donation to help us hire a part-time veterinarian (to reduce the cost of spay/neuter, to offer low-cost pet vaccinations to the public, to provide excellent health care to our animals); to expand our Shelter facility; to promote responsible pet ownership in our community.
