Photos from our 2004
Golf Tournament!

The Dawson County Humane Society held its
second annual golf tournament fund-raiser, Monday September 20 at Chestatee
Golf Club in Dawsonville. We couldn't have asked for a nicer day or
finer surroundings!

At the Chestatee Clubhouse, our signup tables were in front of the entrance,
and hard to miss. Right: Russ Anderson signs up as a hole
sponsor with volunteers Kathy Greene and Candy Adams.

Left: Chick-fil-A of Dawsonville provided lunches for the players and
volunteers. Below: Jane Bybee sells string and mulligans, to
earn more money for the Dawson County Humane Society and so that the golfers can improve their
scores; Kathy Greene and Larry Schmidt working at the signup tables.

At 1 PM, under beautiful skies, the golfers
began to play.
Humane Society volunteers were on hand to assist, and also to supervise at Hole #3
where a hole-in-one would have earned several free rounds of golf at local
courses.
Unfortunately nobody claimed that prize. |

On a more positive note,
no yellow labs were harmed during the making of these golf club covers! |
Here are the eight teams of golfers. Many won prizes; all are big
winners for supporting the Dawson County Humane Society!
